Cast in Place Foundations Walls
CIP (Cast in place) concrete provides greater control, versatility and structural integrity over traditional foundation types. Solid poured concrete foundation walls are far superior to block and other methods of foundation systems. The major attributes of CIP include structural loading, hydrostatic pressure/soil pressure resistance, and unmatched durability which resist insects, efflorescence, fire, mold and mildew. Resale value for a structure with a concrete foundation is greater than any other foundation type.
Cast-in-place foundation systems allow for great flexibility vs. precast foundation systems. These modules are built in a factory and are restricted to standard sizing. When encountering changes in the field during excavation CIP foundation systems are very adaptive vs other systems like pre-cast. CIP in turn reduces costly delays and keeps the project moving forward. Special angles and radiuses are another benefit with cast in place concrete vs. other systems.
